Your privacy, in plain language.

During the assessment: nothing. The 10-question test runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are computed locally and never transmitted to our servers.

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, plus the source page (e.g. "footer" or "exit-intent") so we can measure which placements work without tracking individual readers.

If you contact us: the email address and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

If you opt in to analytics: anonymized usage signals (page views, button clicks) via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

• Health information beyond what you voluntarily input.
• Your IP address, in any form we associate with your identity.
• Cross-site behavior. We don't have or use third-party trackers.
• Anything from the assessment unless you actively share or save it.

We use a small number of cookies and equivalents (localStorage):

• Necessary: consent state, session continuity. Always on.
• Analytics: optional, off by default.
• Marketing: optional, off by default.

You can adjust your preferences any time on the cookies page.

You can request a copy of any data we hold on you, request deletion, or withdraw consent for any optional processing. Email privacy@sleepagecalc.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery (United States, EU regions).
• Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
• Plausible (when analytics consent is given) — anonymized analytics.

The service is intended for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, if appropriate, surface the change in-app or by email.
